    What happens if a Baccarat dealer makes a mistake?
    The pit boss will be instructed to inspect the situation and will decide if the game can continue in a fair manner or should be cancelled and all bets placed will then be returned to the players.

    How can I report a problem in game play?
    And questions or queries you might have can be answered by sending them in the in-game chat window. Our pit boss will answer all questions, dealers or croupiers might not be able to answer technical questions but will instruct the pit boss.
    Any abusive comment or harassments will not be taken lightly and you will have your chat blocked.

    What happens if my internet connection drop?
    Baccarat and Roulette bets will be valid if your connection loss happened after your bets where accepted. If your connection comes up during the same game your round will continue if not please consult your player history for bets and results.
